This double sided, commemorative coin was minted in 2017 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Cedar Falls fire department's's founding. The face of the coin bears the words integrity, brotherhood, and tradition along with the Cedar Falls Fire and Rescue seal and the year 2017. The reverse side of the coin bears the words Pride, Duty, and Honor along with a stylized set of letters (F,C,F,D) representing the Cedar Falls Fire Department, and the year of 1867.
